ZAGREB VOLUNTEERING FESTIVAL
What is FESTIVOL?
Zagreb Volunteer Festival is the celebration and promotion of volunteering, it's value and what it brings to different communities. Additionally, FestiVol is the perfect event to find out what volunteers do, why they volunteer, how many active volunteers there are in Zagreb, what kind of influence they make in the local community and what they gain through volunteering. There will also be opportunities for visitors to find out how to get involved.
For the second time, we will bring visibility to volunteering and volunteers by putting them in the center of attention. Volunteers & organisations' stories will be exchanged and there will be a number of workshops and activities.

GOAL
The main goals of the festival are:

To stimulate people's awareness of volunteering opportunities;

To make volunteering more visible/easily accessible/show how many people and what they do as volunteers

Promoting non-formal education;

Networking + visibility of NGOs;

Celebrate Volunteering;

Show what volunteering means to potential participants individually and what they can get from it
PLAN
FestiVol will be held at Art Park on the 4th of September 2020. We plan to do a series of activities throughout the day, an NGO fair, a discussion on volunteering & YouthPass, workshops prepared by Syncro and other non-governmental organizations, and a fun treasure hunt with gifts!
We are currently looking for more partners (NGOs) for this event. We would like you to become part of our festival where you will have the opportunity to promote your non-governmental organization and work together.
We offer you the opportunity to:
- Participate in a non-governmental organization's fair. Your own stand (or any other form or represent it)
- Workshops run by your team.
- Find potential volunteers
